He is an Egyptian actor, born in 1963. He graduated from the Department of History at the Faculty of Arts, then traveled to Qatar to work as a history teacher and then joined the Qatari Theater Troupe after directing a school play at the school in which he was working. He returned to Egypt, and worked in cinema, theater, and television since the late eighties. He is best known for the films My Ladies, O Lovely Love, and the TV series Next-Door Neighbors and The Wedge.
