He is an Egyptian director, born in 1945. He obtained a BA of Arts, English Department, after which he worked as a teacher. He traveled to London in 1976 to study the art of film directing. He is known for A Virgin and 3 Men (1986), Watchdogs (1984), and The Scoundrel Millionaire (1994).
