A Tunisian actress, writer and director, who joined the South Theater in Gafsa in 1973. She participated in the establishment of the New Theater in Tunis in 1976 and the Familia Production Company with Al-Fadil Jaibi in 1993. She's best known for The Wedding (1978), which she wrote and directed in addition to starring in it, as well as Poussière de Diamant, and Civilisées.
