An Egyptian director and writer, born on July 4, 1910. He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering in 1928 and traveled to France to study cinema. He wrote a number of cinematic articles in some local magazines. He directed many documentaries, including The Fourth Point (1962). He wrote and directed Bloodied Hearts (1945). He died on December 15, 1982.
