An Algerian actor, who made his debut in the seventies in the series Zeina, in which he played the role of Amer, then appeared in the series Kenza, after which dozens of successful works followed, in some of which he played the roles of revolutionary and historical figures, Including the Emir Abdelkader. Also, in recent years he played critical roles in joint Syrian-Algerian productions, most notably Tamr Henna, The Mountain's Maiden, and the last of which is Memory in the Flesh, based on Algerian author Ahlam Mostaghanemi's novel.
