He's known for the plays Hello Shalabi (1969), A Witness Who Hasn't Seen Anything (1976), and Sayed the Servant (1985). Samir also wrote dramatic work, including the TV series White Abbas in the Black Day (2004), and the film The Fake Millionaire (1968).
