Syrian actor and writer, born in Safouriya in 1944. He has been a member of the Actors Syndicate since 1973. He appeared in several works in film, television, theater, and radio. He also wrote several TV series, both drama and fantasy. His series Sons of Oppression (2002) won Best Arab Series at a Medical Summit in Paris and was recognized from the Syrian Ministry of Health and the Center for AIDS Prevention. His writing credits include Night of Men (1976), Birds of Prey (1995), The Vultures (1998), and Age of Madness (2004).
