An Egyptian director, born on September 4, 1953. He obtained a diploma at the High Cinema Institute, Directing Department in 1978. He began his career as a director of documentary films, the first of which was The Tannery (1983), then he worked as an assistant director in some productions, including Kwaml's House, and They Kill the Honorable, and then as a director in A Victim of Love, and A Woman Lost Her Way.
