An Egyptian actress, born in Cairo in 1920. She began her career with minor roles in cinema, as she made her debut in the 1954 movie The Local Girl, then participated in the following year in five films, including Life's Wishes, after which she worked in cinema, theater and television. Her first TV series was The Revenge (1969), and she participated in the same year in the play On the Wing of Tabrizi and His Disciple Qufa. Among her most prominent films Love on the Pyramids Plateau, and The Thief and the Dogs. She passed away on May 6, 1995.
