Abdel-Hai Adib was born on December 22, 1928, and died on June 10, 2007. He is considered one of the most prominent screenwriters in the history of Egyptian cinema, as he wrote more than 150 films, most of which were very successful. He joined the Higher Institute of Theatrical Arts, where he studied in the acting department.
