An Egyptian author and screenwriter, born January 13, 1934, in Mansoura. He graduated from the College of Fine Arts, and began his artistic career by writing the story in 1956. Then he was appointed to television since its beginning. Among his works are Private Lesson and People from Older Time. He passed away on November 9, 2008.
