Mahmoud El Hefnawy is an Egyptian actor. He started his career in the mid 1970's, and has since then appeared as a supporting actor in numerous television series, including “Bab El Khalq” (El Khalq Gate), “Al Daly”, “Yawmiyat Wanis” (Wanis Diary) and “Al Suqoot fi Bia'r Sabaa” (Falling in Sabaa Well). He died in 2014 of heart failure.
