An Egyptian music composer, born in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate in 1923. He obtained a diploma in Agriculture in 1944 and worked as an agricultural assistant. He composed music for many films and series, including One Thousand and One Nights, Umar Ibn Abd Al-Aziz, Amira, My Love, and Dear Daughter. He died on July 1, 1995.
