A Syrian director and actress, born in As-Suwayda, Syria. She obtained a master’s degree in theater directing from the Sofia Academy of Theatre Arts in Bulgaria. She also taught acting at the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts. Her works include Women Without Wings (1987) and Four Years' War (1980).
