An Egyptian actress, who obtained a preparatory school education certificate and worked at the Institute of Theater Affairs. She debuted by taking roles in several plays, most notably The Inspector General (1961), and then moved to work in cinema and television. She is famous for her roles in the movies The Man Who Lost His Shadow, and The Miser and I.
