Seif Allah Mokhtar was an Egyptian actor. He worked mainly in comic supporting roles, for which he gained popularity for his simple comedy and signature jokes, and his acclaimed portrayal of naïve characters. Among his best-known roles are those in the films Ragab on a Hot Tin Roof, The Dancer and the Drummer, and This Is Cairo. He died in 1989 at the age of 56.
