An Algerian director, born in 1944. He studied cinema at the Idhec Institute in Paris, and directed several documentaries, including And After the Revolution, The Voice of Ramadan, and from his films Omar Was Killed by Manhood, The Man Who Was Looking at the Windows and The Other World.
