An Egyptian director who received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California, majoring in cinema in 1960. He directed several TV films. He won the Alexandria International Television Festival award for the documentary film The Eternal Moment in 1964, and won several awards for the film I'm Not Lying But I'm Beautifying from the Cairo International Film Festival.
