An Iraqi author, born in 1942 in Baghdad. He graduated from the College of Arts in Baghdad, Department of Philosophy in 1964, after which he was appointed as a teaching assistant at the college. In 1971, he wrote the script for the movie The Thirsties, directed by Mohamed Shukri Jamil.
