An Egyptian actress who started her career through the theater troupe at the Faculty of Arts at Alexandria University, where she graduated from the English Department in 1973. She worked on radio and television, where she acted in the series King of the Lottery (1973), after which she participated in many roles, most notably in Al-Helmiya Nights, and Behind the Sun. She retired from acting in 2001.
