Lebanese comedian, famously known as Shushu, born in Beirut in 1939. He began his life on stage with an amateur group then he joined the National Radio and TV in 1965. He founded the National Theater with Nizar Miqati and rose to stardom from 1965 to 1970, after which he acted in many plays. He also acted in several films with Egyptian actors such as Ahmed Ramzy, Abdelmoneim Ibrahim, and Shams El Baroudi. His works include The Long Journey (1970), Happiness Hotel (1972), and Waw, Syn (1975). He married actor Mohamed Shamel's daughter and passed away at age 36 in Beirut during the beginning of the civil war in 1975.
