A Tunisian director and writer, born in 1971. He studied cinema in Paris, where he graduated from the Free Film Institute. He directed many short films, plays, and some documentaries. In 2006, he won the Best Short Film Award at the Al Jazeera Documentary Film Festival for his film Pakistan 7.6, and his documentary The Weeping Wall won the Special Jury Prize at the Ossian Film Festival. His first feature film was She & He.
