An Egyptian actress, whose real name is Amina Shakib. She was born in Cairo, and she started acting since the mid-1930s through the movie son of the People. She also worked with the Naguib al-Rihani Theatrical Troupe. Her film history exceeded 150 films, including The Laughing Crime, The Choice, and Miramar. She died in 1983 as the victim of a murder as she was thrown from her balcony.
