An Egyptian actor, born on 18 March 1911. The beginning of his artistic career was in the National Troupe in the early 40s. He was usually typecast as a villain yet he acted in over 80 films such as Dananir, The Five Pounds, Lawyer Madiha, Ataba Square, and King of Petroleum. He died on 28 May 1980.
