Egyptian director born in 1955. He graduated from the High Cinema Institute with a degree in Directing in 1982. He is a member of the Cinema Syndicate. He started his career in 1995 as an AD with the likes of Atef El Tayeb and Ali Badrakhan, the latter of whom he's worked with on films like The Hunger, and Desire. He appeared as an actor in the film Nightmare. He died on 16 September 2021.
