A Kuwaiti film director and writer, who presented many works and worked in production, photography, and music. He is known for Enough, Cruel Sea, written by Abdul Rahman Al-Saleh, and The Wedding of Al-Zein, based on the novel of the great Sudanese writer Tayeb Salih. He worked in Kuwait TV as a director after he worked in the engineering department. He took the position of studio director. In 1964, he represented the TV at the Monte Carlo Festival. He collaborated with Abdel Wahab Sultan, head of the cinema department at Kuwait TV at the time. He is known for Kicked Off (1964), The Pit (1968), and The Falcon, which won encouragement awards, represented Kuwait in 1966 at the Czech Film Festival, and won a certificate of appreciation. In 1969, the movie won appreciation awards, gold and bronze medals, and the Carthage Film Festival Award in Tunisia. He is known for Night Faces (1968) which he wrote, produced, directed, and acted in. The movie won the Tashkent International Festival Award.
