Egyptian actress born on 8 February 1935. She started her career in the late 1950s working for the Egyptian radio, then she joined the Egyptian Television when it was founded in 1960. She appeared in many TV series, including Dreams of Al-Tayer Boy (1978), The Impossible and Her (1979), and Bab Al Khalq (2012). Her notable film roles include The Elite (1981), The Terrorism (1989), Below Zero (1990) and Woman Under Surveillance (2000) .
