A Spanish actress who was born on October 5, 1955 in Madrid, Spain. She first appeared on screen in the movie Las largas vacaciones del 36 (1976). After starring in several Spanish films, she set out to Hollywood in the movie Streets of Gold (1989). She won the David Di Donatello Award for Best Actress. She was nominated for the Goya Award for Best Supporting Actress.
