An Egyptian actor who worked in cinema, radio, and television and played supporting secondary roles. He is also a screenwriter and radio writer. He debuted at the end of the forties and continued until the beginning of the nineties. He is famous for acting in Without Farewell (1951) and The Greatest Men in Islam (1970), in addition to the series Mohammad the Messenger of Allah (1985). He played the role of the poor fisherman, Hosni's father, in the movie Days Without Love (1962), and the role of the fisherman, Hassanein, in the movie I Killed El-Hanash (1985).
