Fauzia El Ansary is an Egyptian actress of Lebanese origin who started her artistic activity in the sixties and performed secondary roles in cinema and theater. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and is a member of the Ismail Yassine theater group. She secretly married her fellow artist Mahmoud el-Meliguy and they got divorced three days later. One of her most prominent roles is the movie The Seeker of Love (1964). She is famous for her role as the jailer in the movie Caught Red-Handed (1988).
