Mostafa El Toukhy, born in Cairo, is the son of actor and stunt coordinator El Toukhy Tawfiq. He studied at the Faculty of Commerce and then worked as an accountant there. He specialized in executing battles in several Egyptian films. He was honored at the Alexandria Festival in 2010. He also worked as a stunt double in the battle scenes. Among the films in which he appeared are: A Virgin and Three Men, Drug Habit and Tito.
