An Iraqi actor who grew up in an artistic family as his father was the artist Taha Salem. He held the position of General Director of the Department of Culture and Arts in the Ministry of Youth and Sports. He starred in the series Challenge Days (2000). He also participated in Men of Shadow (1996), An Iraqi Wedding (1988) and Love and Bicycle (1989).
