Hassan Afify started his life as a dancer with the Mahmoud Reda troupe. He played several roles in the movies: Love in Karnak, Mid-Year Vacation and The Showgirl. After he retired from dancing, he was a choreographer for various works, including Fawazeer Nelly and Samir Ghanem with director Fahmy Abdel Hamid.
