An Egyptian actor. He joined the Crafts School, but left it in 1931 to join the theater lecture hall in Cairo. He began his career as a teleprompter in the theater, but in a short period he began playing small roles after Salama Hijazi presented him on stage. He played the priest in the play Tutankhamun in 1942, and from here the theatrical roles began to follow. He's best known for his roles in the films My Wife, the General Manager, and Beware of Love. He died in 1981 at the age of 70.
