A film and television director, who obtained a BA in law at Cairo University, and worked as a director for a long time on Egyptian television in programs and then documentaries. He has many successful series, such as Concubines and Palaces, and The Heart of the World. Also he directed the movie The Lady on Behalf of Whom? (1988).
