An Egyptian actor, who was originally a university professor specializing in pest resistance science at the Faculty of Agriculture, and obtained a Bachelor's degree from the Higher Institute of Cinema in 1974. He started acting in school plays, after which he continued acting and directing in the university theater. He has participated in dozens of works between cinema, theater and television since the seventies. Among his most notable works: Al- Helmiya Nights, Republic of Zifta, and Zezenia. He passed away in 2013.
