An Egyptian actor. He worked as an undersecretary in the Egyptian government. He was director and partner in the Egyptian Comedy Troupe with Fouad El Mohandes, Shwikar and Mohamed Awad. He is the father of the artist Ismail Yousry. One of his most notable works is the 1987 film El-Sharabia.
