An Egyptian director, born in 1908. He helped in dozens of films before, and worked with major directors in the fifties such as Kamal El sheikh, Atef Salem and Barakat. Among his works as an assistant director are: The Thief and the Dogs, A Dinner Date and Sunset and Sunrise.
