An Egyptian actor, born in Cairo. He studied at the Faculty of Social Work and worked in the Ministry of Higher Education and took over the Department of Dramatic Arts. His passion for acting began in the preparatory stage, as he participated in plays in school. In the mid-seventies he was famous for playing the role of a detective in television series such as The Family and Al-Helmiya Nights. One of his notable roles was in the TV series Zayni Barakat (1995), directed by Yahia El Alamy. He died on March 9, 2018.
