A Moroccan actor, born in Rabat in 1935, and immigrated to France since 1959 at the age of 20 to study acting. He appeared in several French, German, American and Egyptian films, but only appeared in a single Moroccan film, Hana and Lahiah. He began his career as an actor in the competition of the Higher Institute of Acting in Paris. He gained international fame through starring in Life Love Death (1969). He passed away on December 19, 2013 in Paris.
