An Egyptian editor, born in Cairo. He graduated from the Higher Institute of Cinema, Department of Editing in 1964 and was appointed as a teacher there since 1972. He obtained a master's degree in 1995 on Borfkin's thesis between theory and practice. Since 1971, he has edited 89 feature films. The most famous of which are Life at El-Kitkat,Terrorism and Kebab and Land of Fear. He died on July 28, 2003.
