An Egyptian director, brother of late actress Hala Fouad and son of late director Ahmed Fouad. He began his career as an AD to his father on The Girls' Reformatory (1984), and then worked with directors Hussein Kamal and Mohamed Abdelaziz. Some of his credits include Permitted Days (1985) and Take Care of Your Mind (1985). He died on 13 July 2011.
