An Egyptian actress, who was born in Cairo in 1938. She holds a master's degree in literature. She began her work as a broadcaster and presenter on television, where she entered television in 1960 and shined as a broadcaster. One of her most famous programs is Two on the Air, before she broke into the field of acting to participate in many works in the seventies and the eighties, most notably The Grandson, Fangs, and The Name Caller. She retired from art and wore the hijab, and her last role was in the series I Will Never Forget Him (1988).
