An Egyptian actress, who was born to a poor family in Abdeen neighborhood. She was discovered by Youssef Wahbi and joined his theater troupe and perform many works. She debuted in the movie Memoirs of a Student (1962), and she is best known for acting in the movies Black Glasses, and The Thin Thread, as well as the radio series My Life. She passed away in 1993 after suffering with illness.
