An Egyptian writer, born on October 24, 1936. In 1959, he got a BA in Psychology. He was awarded the first prize in the short story in 1956 at the Story Club for his story The Child and received The award from Dr. Taha Hussein, in addition to the second prize in the short story in 1964 at the Story Club for the story Your Father the Sultan. His work includes: the series Who Doesn't Love Fatma?(1996), The Thief I Love (1997) and Delusion (1997), as well as the film The Poor People (1986).
