An Egyptian actor and writer, born in 1897. He was one of the stars of Naguib El Rehany's troupe in the forties and fifties. He joined small troupes at the beginning of his career, such as Salama Higazy's troupe, then George Abyad's, and moved among El Rehany, Fatma Roshdi and El Kassar's troupes. He presented the plays Our Wives, and The Dictator. He also participated in many films, such as We're the Students, and The Fools Alley.
