An Egyptian poet, born on December 7, 1908 in Dakahlia Governorate. He was born following the death of the national leader Mustafa Kamil, so his father named him after him. He worked in journalism with Taha Hussein, Rose al Yusuf, and Mohamed El Tabii. He wrote several books, including Abu Nawas's Confessions, and Night, Love and Death. He wrote songs for many singers of his time, such as: Abdel Halim Hafez, Mohamed Abdel Wahab, and Farid El Atrash. He died in Cairo on November 30, 1965.
