Nasr Mahrous is an Egyptian producer, director and writer, born on the 7th of January 1969. His father Mahrous Abd El Sayed was a talent discoverer. In the late eighties, he founded his own production company Free Music, where he represented many stars after a long absence like the singer Mohamed Mohy. Moreover the company worked on bringing out many stars like Sherine Abdel Wahab and Tamer Hosni through featuring their songs in the album Free Mix 3 that achieved great success. Mahrous has also produced many albums for other singers, such as Mohamed Mounir and Mohamed Fouad. He also produced a number of movies including El Kit Kat for the actor Mahmoud abdel Aziz, in addition to producing and directing Captain Hema. He is the brother of musical arrangers Amir Mahrous and Hani Mahrous. He has won many awards throughout his long career.
