May is a young Egyptian actress who was born on the 10th of April in the district of Giza. She was brought up in a household where the performing arts played a central role as her father is the renowned actor Nour El Shereef while her mother, Poussy, is also a well known actress. Moreover May’s aunt Nora is also a retired performer. May studied at the literature division of La Mère de Dieu school and graduated from the American University in Cairo in 2004 where she had studied mass communications, philosophy and theater. May has been acting since childhood and has taken part in two films titled Night and Traitors and Revenge Game. In 2007 May got the chance to express her talents as an actress when she acted alongside her father in the well known television series El Dally. May was successful in that endeavor and later took part in the second installment of the series further demonstrating her performing talents.
