Nashwa is an Egyptian writer and daughter of the writer Mohsen Zayed. She studied at the Ballet Institute and graduated from the Film Institute, Screenplay Department. She is working as a teaching assistant at the Film Institute. She started in the TV series The Virgin (2006). She also wrote the movie Habiba (2009).
